    Experience hours of pure exclusivity in a private space suspended over the Venetian lagoon — moored as a private retreat on the water, or for dynamic use upon request. You are free to choose how to enjoy the space, customising every detail of your experience with friends or family.

    You can bring your own food and drinks or choose our extra services.

    Dynamic use of the loft:

    SECURITY
    A deposit of 30% of the total is required at check-in and will be returned at check-out.
    The Water Loft can sail in winds up to 3 on the Beaufort scale, or 18 km/h (11 mph).
