The experience includes a guided visit to the property, either before or after lunch. During the visit, guests will walk through the vineyards and key areas of the estate while learning about organic viticulture, sustainable farming practices, and how the local terroir shapes the wines. Our hosts explain what organic wine production means in practice, from vineyard management without chemical herbicides or pesticides to low-intervention winemaking. Guests will also discover the different wine styles produced on the estate, including fresh and expressive dry wines as well as Port wine, with insights into grape varieties, ageing methods, and the Douro Valley’s unique character. The highlight of the experience is a traditional Portuguese lunch, served in a relaxed, convivial atmosphere. The meal is composed of four food moments, carefully paired with four estate wines: - 3 dry Douro wines paired with the starters and main courses - 1 Port wine paired with the traditional dessert All ingredients are seasonal, locally sourced, and whenever possible grown or produced directly on the estate. Vegetarian, vegan, and other dietary requirements are fully accommodated with prior notice.
