What you can expect

  • A quick route to discover the identity of Terrazze dell'Etna through two interpretations of its main grape variety. On the one hand, Ciuri, Nerello Mascalese vinified as a white wine: fresh, aromatic, and surprising. On the other, Cratere, a blend of Nerello Mascalese and Petit Verdot: an expression of Etna with a contemporary character, capable of engaging with a cosmopolitan taste without ever losing its connection to its origins.

For tasting: Ciuri Bianco, Cratere IGT

Pairing: almonds, sun-dried tomatoes and a selection of cheeses

Ideal for those who want an immediate and surprising introduction to Terrazze dell'Etna
