Spend a day at Ensenada's beautiful beach, learning to surf, paddleboard, or bodyboard with professional coaches from Baja California. Upon arrival, you'll be welcomed by local, knowledgeable sailors and surfers who will guide you through your lesson.

The course begins with a brief introduction to surfing theory and safety instructions, ensuring you feel confident and prepared. Next, participate in quick exercises on the beach to warm up, followed by yoga surfing poses to get you ready for the water.

After stretching and warming up, it's time to pick up your surfboard and hit the waves. You'll have about an hour to put your theory lessons into practice, catching waves and enjoying the thrill of surfing.
