Before booking, please note that you need to be in good physical condition because you will walk on sand.

Departure is between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM, depending on the weather and traffic.

Pickup and drop-off are at your hotel or accommodation. We will message you one day before the tour to confirm the pickup time and address and recommend suitable clothing.

The tour can be private according to the demand, I need a minimum of 4 people.

One stop : Dune of Pilat
(one hour drive from Bordeaux)

Welcome to the highest European Dune of sand named Pilat Dune.
Thanks to its height of 106.6 m you will enjoy the most beautiful view of all the Arcachon Bay.
You will see the oysters farmers, the sandbanks, the Cap-Ferret lighthouse with the Atlantic Ocean, the Arcachon Bay and the Landaise Forest.
The stop lasts between 1 hour and 1 hour 20 minutes, depending on the time needed to climb the dune, explore, take pictures, and hear information from the guide.

Second stop : La Teste-de-buch Oysters Port

We invite you to discover a place little known to tourists, with many oyster huts and local oyster farmers. Taste 6 to 12 oysters accompanied by a glass of wine.
The port is an authentic place with many fishermen’s houses and is protected from mass tourism.

Choose 6 to 12 oysters per person with a glass of white or rosé wine. If you do not like oysters, shrimp, whelks, winkles, or pâté (terrine) are available.
If you do not like oysters or seafood, you will stop at a bakery or pastry shop before the tasting to choose food to enjoy with the group; this is included in the price.

Last stop : Arcachon town (1 hour Free time)

Free time to enjoy the beach, swim, sunbath, take a Coffee, Beer, Ice cream or shopping.

And before you leave you will see the old Villas of Arcachon.

Return to your pickup address in Bordeaux (one-hour drive).

If the minimum of 4 participants is not reached, travellers will be offered a full refund for the affected booking.
