What you can expect

Dive into the underwater world off the coast of Chania with a guided tour of the spectacular Mediterranean waters. Discover the beauty of the marine life that lives along the shores of Crete, feel the thrill of exploring a cave or submerged wreck, and see an amazing world far removed from ours.

Get started with an introductory course that teaches you the theory and techniques behind good scuba diving, and then some water training in a pool or shallow sea. Get accustomed to your gear and the water with the help of your knowledgeable instructor until you're ready to set out for the real thing.

Your open-water dive takes you to depths nearly 20 feet (6 m) below the surface, where you can explore vibrant reefs and the array of native wildlife around the island. Along the way, the experience offers you the sheer enjoyment of the magnificent underwater world.
