Minimum Age: 6 years. For safety and comfort, we cannot accommodate children under 6.
You will receive your specific pickup time by email at least 2–3 days prior to your tour date. Please make sure to check for this email, as your pickup time will depend on your selected location.
Our tours proceed rain, shine, or snow (yes, even in the summer!). However, in extreme weather conditions, we prioritise your safety and comfort—so we’ll either reschedule your tour or offer a refund.
The mornings at Moraine Lake is chilly! Dress in layers to stay warm and ready for unpredictable mountain weather.
In order to participate all adults must sign a waiver prior to the tour. A waiver must also be completed by the parent or guardian of any child under the age of 18. Failure to complete the waiver will result in the cancellation of your tour.
No-shows, missed departures, or unused services are non-refundable.
We require at least 4 guests for the tour to proceed. If we don’t reach this minimum number, we will offer you options to reschedule or receive a full refund.
In accordance with UK consumer law, activities services are not subject to the right of withdrawal. Supplier cancellation policy will apply.

Your guide will lead you to the Rockpile, where you can take in panoramic views and discover the best spots for photography, whether you’re capturing the lake’s stunning hues or the towering peaks that surround it. You’ll have two hours to explore Moraine Lake at your own pace. Whether you want to paddle across the turquoise waters in a canoe, stroll along the serene lakeshore trail, or simply soak in the peaceful surroundings, this is your time to connect with the beauty of this iconic destination. Your belongings can stay safely in the vehicle, as your driver will be ready and waiting when it’s time to continue the journey.

Lake Louise

The adventure continues as we head to Lake Louise. Upon arrival, your guide will share tips on how to make the most of your two hours there. Want to stroll along the lakeshore trail? Or, for a more peaceful experience away from the crowds, take our favourite hike up the Fairview Lookout trail. This quieter trail leads to a stunning viewpoint where you can enjoy a higher view of the lake with the iconic Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise in the background. Your guide will ensure you know exactly where to go for the best views. And, of course, they’ll be available to answer any questions, help with photos, or just offer advice on the best way to experience this iconic location.

When it’s time to leave Lake Louise, you’ll settle back into the vehicle and enjoy a scenic drive as we make our way back to your accommodation.
