Board the boat at the harbour of Deshaies for a half-day boat trip in Guadeloupe ✨… and above all, for time spent with Max, the captain of Sunboat: warm, passionate, and always ready to show you “his” Leeward Coast as if you were friends on board.

As soon as you board, Max puts you at ease, explains the itinerary and the instructions, and starts the guided visit with his anecdotes, his favourite spots, and his little stories about the coastline. We start off in the direction of Gros Morne, then we sail along a succession of landscapes that make you want to stay and live here (at least until the end of the aperitif).

As you sail, you'll admire the most beautiful beaches of Deshaies from the sea: Grande Anse, Riflet, La Perle… A ribbon of sand, tropical forest and turquoise waters that gently passes before your eyes. We continue all along the coast to Pointe Allègre, the northern tip of Basse-Terre, where the horizon opens up and Guadeloupe looks like a life-size postcard.

Then come the highlights: a trip to Îlet Kanouan and the spectacular Tête à l'Anglais. Max points out the highlights, helps you spot the details you might miss on your own… and takes his time, without stress, because here we're not in a rush, we're on holiday ✨.

And now for the big moment: snorkelling at Petite Anse. Max guides you as you enter the water, keeps an eye on the group, and adjusts the stop according to the conditions so that everyone can enjoy it with peace of mind. Beneath the surface: tropical fish, magical light, and that gentle silence that makes you forget the rest of the world.

To end on a high note: an aperitif on board and a friendly drink. We toast, we chat, we laugh, we enjoy the breeze… and we tell ourselves that an outing like this is exactly what we came to Guadeloupe for ✨.
