7:00am - Departure from Rome

Transfer by luxury bus to Pompeii. On the way, your guide will introduce the journey with stories and curiosities about life in the Roman Empire and the tragic eruption that made Pompeii one of the best-preserved cities of antiquity.

10:30 - Exclusive visit to the ruins of Pompeii

Accompanied by an experienced archaeologist, we will explore the city's most iconic sites:

✔ Roman Forum - the heart of public and political life
Patrician houses and workshops - to discover frescoes, mosaics and original architecture.
Lupanare - the ancient pleasure house with authentic sculptures and graffiti
Stabia baths - the public baths with heated pools and floors
Villa of the Mysteries - with famous esoteric frescoes
Amphitheatre - the oldest in the Roman world, where gladiator fights took place.

Interactive experiences during the visit

Demonstration of writing on wax tablets
Explanation of the use of garum, the famous fish sauce of the time
Reconstruction of daily life through objects found in the excavations

Photo stop at some of the most picturesque places to immortalise the experience.

13:00 - Dressing up in Roman style;

After the tour, participants will move to an exclusive location, where they will be welcomed by historical re-enactors. Here a total immersion in Ancient Rome will take place:

✔Dressing in Roman clothing - choosing from tunics, togas and cloaks;
✔Demonstration of customs and traditions of the time, from fashion to daily rituals.
✔Roman-style greeting with the Pater Familias

13:30 - Lunch with ancient Roman menu;️

A unique gastronomic experience based on the recipes of Apicius, the famous gastronome of the time. All dishes will be prepared according to the original techniques and ingredients used by the Romans over 2,000 years ago.

Ancient Rome Menu:

Panis Militaris;
Moretum;
Gustatio;
Main course;
Dulcis in fundo;
Mulsum;

All dishes will be introduced by an expert in Roman gastronomic history, who will recount culinary customs of the time.

15:30 - Return with scenic stop in Naples and arrival scheduled for 19:30.

After a day of history and entertainment, the return journey includes a short panoramic stop in the Posillipo area, to admire the splendour of the city from one of its highest points.
