Bánh Xèo – Crispy & Savoury Vietnamese Crêpes / Pancakes is a popular dish in the centre and south of Vietnam. The name means “sizzling pancakes or crêpes” and refers to the sound the batter makes when it hits the hot skillet. Serve these shrimp-studded crêpes with lettuce, fresh mint and basil, and nuoc cham dipping sauce.
Phở Cuốn/Gỏi Cuốn - Vietnamese fresh rice paper/dried paper rolls - a long-standing traditional dish with its own flavour of the North. Rolled Pho is made from Pho rice paper, wrapped inside is stir-fried beef with onions/shelld-shrimp & pork, coriander, & lettuce. It is served with sweet sour fish sauce with chopped garlic or peanut sauce.
Rau Muống Xào Tỏi – Vietnamese stir-fried morning glory with garlic is very common throughout Vietnam. This is very fresh green vegetable and is usually served with rice in the Vietnamese people’s daily meals.
