Begin with an introduction to Peruvian cuisine's history and geography, discovering how diverse landscapes create unique flavours. Visit the interpretive centre “The Market,” recreating San Pedro Market's vibrant atmosphere where you'll see, touch, and smell colourful potatoes, aji peppers, quinoa, and corn.

Taste exotic tropical fruits and Andean superfoods, then dive into hands-on preparation of Peru's most iconic dishes. Master the art of ceviche using the freshest coastal fish, learning techniques to recreate this dish at home. Explore the world of Pisco through tasting and mixology, crafting your own Pisco Sour and Chilcano cocktails. Finally, sauté tender lomo saltado with alpaca in a wok, combining vegetables and spices to perfection.

Throughout the class, enjoy traditional Criollo and Novo-Andina starters including cuy (guinea pig) and alpaca. Small groups of 2-12 ensure personalised attention.
