Activity itinerary

Guests will step into an authentic Umbrian kitchen and cook alongside a local host, learning how to prepare some of Italy’s most loved recipes from scratch. Depending on the selected class, they’ll get hands-on making fresh pasta such as strangozzi or gnocchi, traditional pizza, tiramisù, and other local specialities. From mixing and kneading to shaping, cooking and plating, every guest will take part in the process. At the end, everyone sits down together to enjoy what they’ve prepared — a relaxed, convivial experience built around food, local traditions and the pleasure of sharing a meal.
