Corte San Mattia produces organic wine, EVO olive oil, goat cheese, honey, eggs, fruits and vegetables, and during the cooking class most of the ingredients come from the farm, just a few steps from the kitchen. Next, head into the kitchen, where you’ll learn how to prepare two traditional Italian dishes – fresh pasta and ravioli. Our expert will guide you step-by-step, and throughout the class, you’ll enjoy three glasses of the organice wine produced in the agriturismo.
