What you can expect

  • In this experience, you will learn step by step how to make Concha and Pan de Muerto, two traditional Mexican sweet breads, with the guidance of a lovely baker who is happy to share this delicious tradition with you.
    After you learn how to prepare them, you can taste a chocolate or vanilla Concha, orange-flavored Pan de Muerto, or churros with a delicious cup of café de olla, featuring the special touch of cinnamon and piloncillo.
    After that, I will take you to a handmade sweets factory, where you will learn about the process used to make delicious sweets such as chocolate, cajeta, mazapán, and more. You will also be able to taste these traditional Mexican sweets.
