Experience Cologne: Gothic grandeur and the essence of fragrance

Escape the hustle and bustle of multi-city tours and immerse yourself in the soul of the Rhineland. Your journey begins with a relaxing drive from Brussels, where you'll see the horizon transform as the iconic twin spires of Cologne Cathedral, a UNESCO World Heritage Site masterpiece, come into view.

Unlike standard tours, which rush through the sights, we invite you to take your time. Our expert guide will take you on a walking tour through the cobbled heart of the Altstadt (Old Town). You'll be at the foot of one of the tallest churches in the world, stroll through the historic Alter Markt, and admire the Renaissance charm of the city hall. Take the perfect photo of the colourful houses on the Fischmarkt and the Romanesque beauty of the Great Church of St. Martin, before walking among thousands of “love locks” on the Hohenzollern Bridge to enjoy the most spectacular panoramic view of the city's skyline.

A true sensory highlight of this experience is a visit to Casa Farina, the birthplace of the Original Eau de Cologne. Here you'll discover how an 18th-century Italian perfumer captured the “scent of an Italian spring morning,” creating a fragrance that conquered the royal courts of Europe and gave the city its world-famous name.

As we spend the whole day in Colonia, you'll have plenty of free time to really soak up the local atmosphere. There's no need to rush back to the coach; instead, you can enjoy a glass of ice-cold Kölsch at a traditional riverside brewery, indulge your sweet tooth at the world-famous Chocolate Museum, or explore the luxury boutiques of Hohe Straße.

As the sun sets over the Rhine, we'll meet up for a comfortable ride back to Brussels, laden with souvenirs from a city as grand as it is welcoming. Book your spot today and experience Cologne at the perfect pace!
