Activity itinerary

We will go to the "Capitania" and there we will discover the importance of cocoa and chocolate in Chiapas and in the world. We will talk about the differences and we will know what a real chocolate should contain. We will do some exercises with the different seeds of Cocoa to know them and to be able to distinguish them. Then, direct from our "distillery" we will taste the different flavours of Posh a unique drink in Chiapas and we have more than 50 flavours, we will learn how it is made and part of its history. At the end for the bravest can taste the Posh Dragon our strongest drink. What we want is to make known more about the magical culture of San Cristóbal de las Casas, Chiapas. For young people and adults to enjoy while they learn.
