    Learning the fundamental techniques for building prohibition-era cocktails with precision and a little southern twang. And a general introduction to craft libations rooted in prohibition, and interwoven with southern seaport and Latin American culture. While the course is being taught, guests will be encouraged to create their own cocktails based in history and develop the skills necessary to create their own libations at their home bars.
