What you can expect

Enjoy a gastronomic tourism experience in an authentic kitchen, where you will cook the Paella Valenciana, traditional potato omelette, and taste them together with the traditional “Tomato Perellò” and drinks. Receive a diploma from the school after the course.

Start your experience with a glass of wine or craft beer, from Valencia, Rioja, or Ribera del Duero. Then, make a potato omelette, guided by the chef.

Next, prepare the Valencian tomato, served with extra virgin olive oil. Finally, prepare the Paella Valenciana or Seafood paella, guided by the chef.
