  • Children aged 5 and younger are complimentary at most attractions.

  • Shortest daily wait times at the Empire State Building are between 8 and 10 AM or after 10 PM. CityPASS gives you a bonus same-day second visit between 10 PM and closing.

  • Between April and September, your visit to the 9/11 Memorial & Museum must occur after 2 PM.

  • Opening hours and dates for individual attractions and museums vary; please check before you go.


Cancellation Policy

You can cancel free of charge until 72hours before your reservation starts. After that time, no cancellations, changes or refunds will be made.
