  • Starting point of the Red Route: Calle Felipe IV, 2. Please note that on Sundays, the starting point is: Alfonso XII (in front of El Cason del Buen Retiro). Starting point of the Green Route: Plaza de Neptuno
  • Red Route / Historical Route: First departure at 10am. Last departure at 7:30pm. Green Route / Modern Route: First departure at 11am. Last departure at 7pm
  • Frequency: every 20 minutes (Red Route), every 40 minutes (Green Route). Duration: 1 hour 15 minutes (Red Route), 1 hour (Green Route)
  • You can board the bus as many times as you like within the 24 hours. Please note this is not a hop-on hop-off service
  • Gran Via y Madrid de los Asturias Walking Tour: Departs at 12pm, every day except Sunday. Meeting Point: Stop 1 Museo del Prado. Duration: 90 minutes approximately. Available in English and Spanish
  • Secrets of the Royal Palace Walking Tour: Takes place Monday - Saturday at 6pm. Duration: 90 minutes approximately. Meeting Point: Plaza de Oriente, 8 (you must reserve your spot by scanning a QR code given to you upon boarding the bus)
  • Self-guided walking tour: You get access to a free self-guided audio tour with your ticket. Details on how to download the app will be provided on your voucher
  • Enjoy maximum flexibility. Your ticket is valid for up to 12 months from travel date selected at check-out. Mobile and printed paper vouchers are both accepted on this tour
  • Sunday 14th September: The service will terminate at 4:30pm due to a cycling event taking place
