Hike from Manarola to Volastra and Corniglia/Vernazza on the hills overlooking the sea, with the typical terraces in dry stone walls which allowed the Ligurians, since the ancient times, to colonise a harsh and difficult territory.

Training: for everyone, remind that Ligurian trails can be steep
Equipment: backpack with water; comfortable outfit; trail shoes; hiking sticks. In summer bring your swimming costume.
