In the morning, head to the local market to buy fresh ingredients that use to bring local flavours and typical seasoning of Chiapas cuisine to life.
The workshop will take place in a beautiful house with stunning gardens and a spectacular view of the city. There, our specialist will guide you through each step as you prepare a variety of delicious dishes. Among the dishes we could prepare are Chiles Rellenos, Tamales, Chalupas Coletas, Squash Blossom Soup (in season), Chipilín Soup, Green and Red Mole, and handmade tortillas.
