Set off on a truffle hunt in the woods, guided by the hunter and their trained dog. Experience the thrill of finding these hidden treasures in their natural habitat.

After the hunt, return to Osteria La Gramola for a lunch featuring the “wood's delights.” Enjoy a menu that includes Chianina beef tartare with truffle, leeks and potatoes pureed soup with truffle, puffed gnocchi with truffle and pecorino cream, fried egg with sliced truffle, red onion stuffed with porcini mushrooms and truffle, and chocolate semifreddo with truffle powder.
