A guided experience designed to give you an up-close look at the production philosophy of Podere della Bruciata: a family-run farm that is attentive to the rhythms of nature and has a vision of the essence of wine. The tour was created for those who want to go beyond tasting and really understand what's behind a glass of wine.
The welcome includes a brief introduction to the landscape and cultural context that surrounds us, with a clear and engaging account of the Podere, its history, and its evolution. The goal is to convey the identity of the Podere in an accessible way, even to those who are new to the experience, without sacrificing the technical content for those who want to learn more.
The tasting takes place in the barrel cellar or on the panoramic terrace, depending on your preference and the conditions on the day. In both cases, the atmosphere is designed to focus on the pleasure of taking your time and listening: aromas, details, discussion, and questions. During the tasting, 3 organic “Cru” wines are served, selected to represent different expressions of the Podere (profile, character, and identity). Each wine is presented with technical and sensory commentary: grape variety and/or blend, style, oenological choice, aromatic notes, structure, balance, persistence, and possible pairings. The tasting thus becomes a small journey through nuances and interpretations, which helps you understand how the terroir and human work affect the final result.
As an accompaniment, we offer bruschetta with our own extra-virgin olive oil to enhance the flavours of the estate and create a simple but authentic pairing: a taste that cleanses the palate, amplifies the sensations, and tells the storey of another part of the Podere, linked to agricultural tradition and the quality of the raw materials.
Options upon request:
Platter with local products: selection of charcuterie, pecorino cheeses, crostini, jams, and bread, designed to expand the pairing and make the experience more complete, with contrasts and harmonies that interact with the wines.
Extra glasses: possibility of expanding the tasting with limited edition wines, from old vines and reserves, served by the glass, for a more vertical in-depth look at the Podere and its rarest or most representative interpretations.
