What you can expect

  • This special class is all about making dishes that blend Sicilian culinary traditions with those of your homeland, especially the ones we love. For your proposed recipe, you'll need to provide the ingredients, which I'll buy. We'll make a dessert, then a side dish of seasonal vegetables and a pasta with fish or vegetables, and then the dish you want to cook with me! We'll decide everything together and, of course, we'll enjoy the dishes with lots of good Sicilian wine, for an experience that I hope will stay in your mind and in your heart!
