My name is Vanina, your passionate stand up paddle guide and certificated instructor & Calanques specialist.
I grew up and was born in the middle of these cliffs.

With me, you won't have to inflate your board, all the equipment will be prepared in advance !

After welcoming you and giving you instructions on how to practice stand up paddle and safety instructions, we will set off to explore a part of the Calanques coast.

-Departure for launching at the Calanque of Port-Miou
-Navigation to the Calanque of En-Vau and swimming break (45 min)
-Return to the starting point and return of equipment.

Throughout the course, more or less cultural commentary will be given on the heritage of the Calanques National Park.
You will also have time to take pictures.

Standing, kneeling or even sitting, enjoy the pleasures of gliding and discovering the splendid landscapes of the Calanques coastline!
