We will head into Capitol Reef National Park 3 hours before sunset to begin the Photography Tour. We will enter a quiet canyon for the first of three locations of the evening. This canyon is extremely unique with its shapes and forms and great lighting.
Experience untamed landscapes while standing beside the Freemont River which gives life to all flora and fauna. You will photograph massive sandstone mountains, spires and domes throughout the evening. Watch as the scene changes and reflects into the river. Our main sunset location will require a short walk but will land us at one of the best views in Capitol Reef. Enjoy sunset light upon the Water-Pocket Fold as the cliffs rise thousands of feet into the sky and travel into the distant horizon.
