Know Before You Go
This is a moderate to strenuous hike. A good fitness level is recommended.
The trail involves 1.5–2.5 hours of uphill hiking, depending on pace.
Dress in layers; Cape Town mornings can start cool and warm quickly.
The cable car is weather-dependent — if it’s closed, we’ll hike down together.
