Begin your adventure on the western slopes above the Atlantic Ocean. Climb through open skies, dramatic cliffs, and sweeping sea views before crossing the high plateau of Table Mountain.

Pass the Cable Station area, continue to Maclear’s Beacon (the mountain’s highest point), and then drop down the lush eastern side via Skeleton Gorge, finishing in Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens or Cecilia Forest.

Along the way, experience the full ecological and visual contrast of Table Mountain — dry, rugged fynbos in the west and cool, shaded forest on the eastern slopes.
