Day 1: Cần Thơ – Sóc Trăng – Bạc Liêu
Begin your adventure with a stop to enjoy Bánh Pía, a local pastry in Sóc Trăng. Then, visit Chùa Som Rong, a Khmer temple, followed by Chùa Dơi (Bat Pagoda), famous for its resident bats. Savour a traditional Southern Vietnamese lunch.
In Bạc Liêu, visit the Bạc Liêu Wind Farm, the Cao Văn Lầu Memorial, and the House of the Bạc Liêu Gentleman to learn about the region’s history and culture. Spend the night at a 3-star hotel in Cà Mau.
Day 2: Cà Mau Exploration
Experience a canoe ride through the Cà Mau mangrove forest (if the group has 9+ people). Explore Đất Mũi National Park, the southernmost point of Vietnam, known for its rich biodiversity. Enjoy a traditional Cà Mau-style lunch. Return to Cần Thơ for the evening.
Day 3: Cần Thơ – Floating Market & Community Experiences
Visit the Cái Răng Floating Market, where you’ll see local vendors selling goods from their boats. Then, visit a noodle workshop (Lò hủ tiếu) to learn how hủ tiếu is made.
In Cồn Sơn, experience local life with activities like Koi fish massage, visiting a seasonal fruit garden, watching the flying snakehead fish technique, and learning how to make traditional cakes. Enjoy a Southern Vietnamese lunch in Cồn Sơn before returning to Cần Thơ for drop-off.
