- On Monday and Tuesday Peles and Pelisor Castles are closed all year round and can be seen from outside. On high demands days you can visit optional Pelisor Castle. Peles is also closed on following dates: 7th of January
- Children under 11 y.o. cannot attend this tour
- Minimum age of the participant is 11 years old
- No heart problems or other medical conditions such as car sickness.
- Not allowed for pregnant travellers
- No luggage or large bags allowed. One small handbag or small backpack per person allowed onboard the coach.Company or staff involved in the activity are not responsible for any of the guests belongings
- Not allowed to join the tour under influence of alcohol or drugs
- Not allowed with Food and drinks in the vehicle
- The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
