Overview

Host Eimhear will welcome you into her home like an old friend with a warm hug, a cup of tea, and a slice of tea brack or a soft drink farl.
She will guide you through as you make your own loaf of traditional brown soft drink bread, and she'll then demonstrate how to make a traditional Irish stew.
While the breads are in the oven she will serve an Irish craft beer tasting, before sitting down to enjoy your meal of Irish stew and bread.
She will provide you with a recipe booklet of her family recipes, and you will get to take your loaf of bread home with you.
