What you can expect

  • Discover a magic show with a difference at The Evolution of Magic, one of Blackpool’s longest-running live shows, performed at The Horseshoe beside Blackpool Pleasure Beach.

Starring magicians Craig Christian and Elizabeth, a Britain’s Got Talent semi-finalist, the show blends visual magic and illusion, sleight of hand, illusion, storytelling, mystery, comedy and audience participation.

Craig is the trickster of the show, bringing highly skilled sleight of hand, manipulation and magic performed right before your eyes. Elizabeth takes a more theatrical and story-led approach, using magic to explore ideas we can all relate to — fear, connection, belief and overcoming the impossible.

The result is dark, theatrical, funny and sometimes unexpected, with striking visuals, quirky humour and plenty of moments designed to leave you wondering how they were possible.

It is a live theatrical magic experience created for adults, couples and families to enjoy together. When younger audience members are present, they are made part of the fun too.

The intimate setting means the audience is never far from the action, with volunteers regularly becoming part of the performance and helping make every show different.

Join Craig and Elizabeth for an unforgettable night of magic with atmosphere, personality and something to say.
