Initially as a small mill with millstones fed by the river, once passed from the father to his son Girolamo known as ““Mommo,“” the mill was transformed and made larger and more efficient to the community, always maintaining the family tradition. This mill, to this day, keeps alive the passion for agriculture and ““milling,“” with choices of quality grains, all from the Sicilian territory, that are handed down from generation to generation

Come with us to breathe in this family air and learn the art of Sicilian dough making and the various products that are created in this beautiful mill.

You will be guided through every process of production, plus you will be able to visit a small 1951 Church located in front of the Mill.
