Know before you book
- The Berlin WelcomeCard as an online ticket is valid for the period specified on the ticket and must be carried as an A4 printout.
- No Redemption Needed
- Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) and the city of Potsdam are in tariff zone C. Guests therefore need the Berlin WelcomeCard ABC. It is not possible to add a connecting ticket C to the Berlin WelcomeCard AB. The tariff zones A and B cover the Berlin city area.
- Public Transport: Up to 3 children between 6-14 years of age can travel free of charge. Children under 6 years of age, luggage, strollers and a dog generally travel free of charge.
- In accordance with UK consumer law, activities services are not subject to the right of withdrawal. Supplier cancellation policy will apply.
