  LUNCH: Starter: duo of empanadas (pine mushrooms and trout) with a glass of Vermouth tasting. - Main course: triolet of Patagonian Bruschettas (#1 lamb with vinaigrette, #2 smoked trout, cream cheese and herbs from the orchard. #3 black pudding and apples with Vermouth) accompanied by Vermouth tonic/grapefruit or soft drink. 1 per person. - Dessert. Iced cream of berries. Paired with a glass of Milvago reserva tasting glass.
