We will meet at the Chocolaterie chocolate shop, where we will enter the fascinating world of chocolate, in a place with a strong tradition in the elaboration of this millenary delicacy.
Once there, we will be served a wide variety of bars and chocolates with different percentages of cocoa. First, we will taste four semi-bitter and bitter chocolates to learn to differentiate their nuances on the palate. Then, we will taste four Patagonian chocolates, characteristic for fusing Belgian chocolate with local fruits. We will learn from the most intense flavours to the smoothest ones thanks to its mixture of ingredients.
All this while we tell you the history of chocolate and discover why Bariloche is known as the chocolate capital of Argentina. Finally, we will do a blind tasting of seven different chocolates. In this dynamic we will guess the ingredients of the chocolate. A game as fun as it is delicious!
