  • Join a hands-on Thai cooking class in Bangkok, located just 2 minutes from BTS On Nut Station in a fully air-conditioned kitchen. Begin with a short introduction to Thai ingredients, herbs, and sauces, and learn how to balance sweet, sour, salty, and spicy flavours.

    Next, choose 5 dishes from 20+ options and cook each one yourself from scratch. Pound fresh curry paste using a mortar and pestle, then cook your chosen curry (green, panang, massaman, red, or khao soi).

    Prepare a soup or salad (tom yum, tom kha, som tam, or laab gai) and cook a noodle or rice dish (pad Thai, pad see ew, drunken noodles, or pineapple fried rice). Make a traditional stir-fry (chicken with cashews, black pepper beef, Thai basil chicken, or morning glory) and finish with a Thai dessert (mango sticky rice or fried bananas).
