These sessions are fully customised to match your fitness level and boxing skills. Our gym provides a highly supportive, female-friendly environment, and the classes are also great for children, making it a fantastic fitness activity for the whole family. You will learn the basics of “The Art of Eight Limbs” by combining fists, elbows, knees, and shins.

Our professional instructors will guide you every step of the way with handy tips and encouragement. Once you master the basic stances, your trainer will lace up the pads and become your personal partner to help sharpen your technique.

For those seeking a more personalised experience or dedicated one-on-one attention, private training options are also available.
