– 9 am pick up from Bologna with a private car/minivan.
– We’ll drive through the highway in order to reach the Parmigiano Reggiano factory, founded in 1967, that lies in the Panoramic foothills of western Emilia: Guided Tour including a visit to the ageing cellar and a tasting of 3 typical Parmigiano aged cheeses.
– Visit to “La Vecchia Dispensa”, where since 5 generations some of the best Balsamic Vinegar is made: Guided Tour including a visit to the medieval tower where the Balsamic is aged and a tasting of 3 kinds of vinegar
– Quick lunch (OPTIONAL) and visit of the iconic Ferrari Museum in Maranello, he unique and only Ferrari house in the world!
– 6 pm Drop off in Bologna.
