They make the perfect sushi to serve if you're hosting a party. ◆What is Temari Sushi? Temari, meaning “handball” in English, is a traditional Japanese embroidered ball once used as a toy. Today, temari are generally treated more as home decorations than children's toys. As you might imagine, temari sushi takes its name from these vibrantly coloured temari balls. This is a classic example of food imitating everyday objects. Why not join us in making temari sushi? Using Japan's rich ingredients, we'll create colourful, visually stunning, and of course, delicious sushi. 【Important Notes for Participants】 1. This tour will proceed regardless of weather conditions. 2. There is no lift. However, staff will assist elderly or disabled guests with stair climbing. 3.
