  • All customers are obliged to take their ID document with them on the day of the tour (if there is no such document, the staff of the facility have the right to refuse entry to the museum). The name and surname on the reservation must be identical as in ID document.
  • The tour organiser does not take any responsibility if any of our customers will be refused to enter Museum Auschwitz-Birkenau due to lack of documents.

What you can expect

Take a sobering tour of the World War II Auschwitz-Birkenau complex on a 7-hour trip from Krakow. Wieliczka Salt Mine was opened in the 13th century as one of the world oldest salt mines. It reaches almost 327 metres below the ground and has over 287 kilometres. You will walk through 20 chambers taking increadible journey for over 2 hours.
