We will start our walk at Independence Square and then we will walk towards the Kermel market. You will discover the history of this emblematic market of the city of the Senegalese capital.
Hôtel De Ville

This empire-style building will be one of the stopping points for the walk. I will reveal to you the symbolism behind the city's coat of arms and the origin of the name Dakar.
Hotel Oceanic

During the visit we will take a break at the Oceanic hotel which is the oldest hotel in Plateau. indeed it was designed in 1906. This break will be an opportunity to get refreshments before continuing the walk.
