Activity itinerary

If during your trip you have time for an Apulian gastronomic experience, it will be very instructive, fun and active. Immerse yourself in the local culture by joining an Italian family. Discover the secrets of grandmothers on how to prepare focaccia and fresh pasta. The experience takes place 10 minutes from the central train station, close to the Shopping Streets and the historical and cultural attractions that characterise the city, such as the old city, the beautiful Cathedral, the Basilica, Palazzo Fizzarotti, the Petruzzelli theatre and much more. Immerse yourself in the culinary culture of Puglia with a traditional cooking class led by a local person, born and raised in Puglia. Learn how to make the traditional Bari focaccia the legendary ORECCHIETTE. Wine and coffee included. At the end of the lesson, I will share the recipes to take home, TO AMAZE ON YOUR RETURN HOME RELATIVES AND FRIENDS. TOGETHER WE WILL CHOOSE THE RIGHT TIME FOR YOU.
