What you can expect

The experience in the vineyard has the aim of making known the taste of Umbrian wine by accompanying it with starters of fresh truffles from the area. Get inebriated by the scents of the earth, taste excellent internationally awarded wines and even taste the black truffle of Norcia.
First, however, we'll make an excellent Aperol Spritz with some starters inside the vineyard, to experience the countryside and its scents from within.
This experience will take you to the heart of Umbrian tastes and culture, also giving you the opportunity to meet genuine local people.

Activity itinerary

We will have an aperitif in the vineyard with a fresh Aperol Spritz and starters, then we will visit the cellar, then we will visit the cellar and its secrets, then there will be a tasting of the wines accompanied by 3 bites of Norcia black truffle , bruschetta, burrata cheese and scrambled egg. The winery is located a few kilometres from Montefalco and Spoleto, immersed in the hills full of vineyards. Chef Stefano will make you enjoy an excellent aperitif with starters and tastings of black Norcia truffles that Alice will pair with fabulous and internationally awarded wines.
