Begin your culinary journey with a tasting of truffle-based specialities, highlighting one of Savoy’s most prized and increasingly popular ingredients. Then, in a traditional restaurant near the heart of the old town, enjoy a comforting Savoyard dish, either tartiflette with creamy Reblochon cheese, potatoes, and lardons, or diots au crozet, pork sausages slow-cooked in white wine and served with rustic buckwheat pasta.

Continue exploring Annecy’s charming streets and canals as you sample a selection of classic Savoyard cheeses, from soft and mild to strong and aged, often paired with fresh bread. These tastings offer a true insight into the region’s culinary identity and its deep-rooted mountain traditions.

Finish your tour on a sweet note with a freshly made pastry from a local patisserie, followed by a visit to a local boutique, where you will try jams and spreads infused with Alpine flavours. This experience is a perfect combination of authentic flavours, local culture, and unforgettable moments in the heart of Annecy.
