What you can expect

  • Cooking lesson lasts around 1.30 hrs.
    Menu includes recipes that every home in Greece makes them: gemista (stuffed vegetables), a classic Greek dish with layers of aubergine, minced meat, and creamy béchamel (moussaka), dip with Greek yoghurt, cucumber and garlic (tzatziki), creamy Amorgian split pea purée (fava), Smoky roasted aubergine (aubergine salad).

    We'll also learn how to make galaktompoureko, a delicious typical sweet, Greek kataifi rolls and the list goes on….

    Finally, you'll have the opportunity to taste them on a large terrace overlooking the Aegean Sea and Mount Kroukelos.
