For canoe rafting, instead of a large, guide-operated raft, we use small, manoeuvrable inflatable canoes. In groups of two, three, or four, you will then steer this boat yourselves.
Swim, jump, enjoy
The river offers us plenty of opportunities to jump into the water, let ourselves drift, or simply soak up the beautiful scenery!
In teams of 2 to 4, we paddle along river sections of varying difficulty in inflatable, roll-resistant tube canoes.
From the water, we experience the scenery of the Allgäu and Lechtal Alps from a whole new perspective. In harmony with nature, the focus is on fun and action. Thanks to our highly trained guides and top-quality, certified equipment, we provide the safety that our guests expect. A detailed briefing on paddling techniques is provided as a matter of course, as is the appropriate equipment. On day tours, we enjoy a hearty picnic by the river. We look forward to unforgettable and exciting canoeing tours with our guests.
The Trettach, Stillach, and Breitach rivers, which originate deep in the Allgäu Alps, converge after a few kilometres to form the Iller River at its source near Oberstdorf. Depending on the water level and our skill level, we paddle different sections of the river. Smaller rapids alternative with calm stretches, and we will practice capsizing a boat and learn what to do in such a situation. For those who love nature, the Iller offers an ideal introduction to canoeing.
