What you can expect

Welcome to “Yoga with Chrystal”.

Meet your instructor on the beach and begin your class. Be guided through the hour-long class by Chrystal, an experienced certified yoga instructor. The style of the class is a gentle vinyasa flow, suitable for all abilities, with modifications & options offered.

Incorporate gentle breathing techniques and nourishing yoga postures to leave you feeling grounded and relaxed. Make special memories practising yoga and mindfulness on the beach at Playa del Postiguet in Alicante.
