Grace au Soleil is an immersive and intuitive experience that supports a process of liberation, reconnection with oneself, and inner transformation.
This 2-hour private experience can accommodate 1 to 10 people. It can be experienced individually, as a couple, with family, friends, or loved ones. The experience is entirely reserved for your group: no outside participants will join you.
The experience begins with a welcome and preparation period. Each person is invited to share a personal intention in a calm, caring, and safe setting. A brief moment of breathing and presence then allows you to release tension, return to your body, and gradually enter the experience.
The heart of the experience is a sound and energy journey created to accompany the activation. Lying on a yoga mat, each person lets themselves be carried away by the music, the bodily sensations, the breathing, and the energy of the moment.
The experience is unique to each person. It can be gentle, intense, emotional, liberating, or deeply soothing. Everyone goes through it at their own pace, without expectations, without performance, and respecting their own limits.
No prerequisites are required. It is not necessary to be familiar with meditation or energy practices to participate. The Grace au Soleil Method is accessible to anyone open to having an inner experience and being guided by their own feelings.
The experience ends with a gradual return to calm, a time for integration, and a brief sharing session for those who wish to participate. The intention is to leave feeling more grounded, lighter, and more reconnected to oneself.
Please bring one yoga mat per person, a water bottle, and comfortable clothing.
The experience must take place in a quiet, intimate space that is large enough to allow each participant to lie down comfortably. The venue must also allow music to be played at a volume high enough to fully experience the sound journey and the Grace au Soleil immersion.
The experience may be organised in an outdoor or different location after prior approval, depending on the privacy of the location, the comfort of the participants, the weather conditions, and the possibility of playing the sound in good conditions.
Should the experience be cancelled by the organiser, particularly in the event of force majeure, a full refund will be issued in accordance with 's terms and conditions. Rescheduling may also be offered, but it will remain optional.
